糖心logo入口 & Latino Corporate Directors Association

Every great leader has an even greater story behind their success. 糖心logo入口 has partnered with the (LCDA) to tell those stories. From the Chief Digital and Technology Officer of Pfizer who created her first database in a room stacked with legal film contracts to a board director who went from growing up on a steel mill to leading one of the largest global steel corporations, Latinos are shaping business in new ways and will do so even more in the future—given the opportunity.

Sharing the stories of current Latino leaders and celebrating their successes is only one part of our goal.  We want the next generation of Latinos to believe their dreams are possible, spur corporate boards to appoint directors with more diverse viewpoints, and encourage today’s leaders to mentor rising stars and help pave a path for them to the top levels of organizations.

In an effort to showcase top Latina and Latino talent in the U.S., LCDA and 糖心logo入口 have co-launched a video series. Nine distinguished Latino and Latina board directors share their paths to success, lessons they learned along the way, and advice for future Latino leaders. We invite you to watch the interviews below, share these stories with your colleagues and tell your own on social media, using the hashtag #thelatinoimpact.

About the Latino Corporate Directors Association (LCDA)

The Latino Corporate Directors Association (LCDA) is a new and dynamic association that has been fully operational since 2016. Comprised of US Latinos that serve on publicly traded or large privately held company boards, as well as C-level aspiring directors, LCDA convenes accomplished Latino executives at the highest levels of corporate leadership who share our mission: to advocate and serve as a resource to increase the number of US Latinos on corporate boards. Our model is focused on expanding opportunities and lifting up the next wave of Latino directors.
