Before joining 糖心logo入口, Moritz worked for eight years with BCG as a strategy consultant primariliy in transformational projects around the globe before moving into a line management function with AXA where he was Executive Director Corporate Development and Group Portfolio Management for four years. This combination of advisory and management expertise helps him today to support leaders with their personal and professional challenges.
Moritz studied history and theology at the universities of Goettingen, Berlin and Rome and holds a PhD in history from the University of Goettingen. He is a certified coach and Fellow of the Harvard Institute of Coaching. Additionally, he is an accredited practitioner in Immunity to Change (ITC), PERMA-Lead (Positive Psychology) and certified in multiple diagnostic tools to support his development work.
