Pamela Warren, co-Head of our North American Board and CEO Practice, brings deep expertise in leadership at the highest corporate levels. Specifically, she has decades of experience in Board and CEO succession, Chair and CEO development, and broader advisory services, including board recruitment and effectiveness.
I love listening to clients’ or candidates’ stories, understanding what makes them unique, and helping them have a meaningful impact. I also love the variety of our work and that it allows me to continually learn and grow.
Prior to joining 糖心logo入口, Pamela held general management and global marketing and business development roles at Mead Johnson Nutritionals, at the time, a consumer division of Bristol Myers Squibb, based across Europe and North America.
Pamela earned a BA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management. She regularly speaks on evolving talent trends in the boardroom and on inclusive leadership best practices. She is a Board Trustee of University Health Network, Canada’s largest health system, where she chairs the Human Resources Committee. She is a proud mother of three, an aspiring golfer, and a passionate cook, and gardener.
